- Help coordinate requirements and testing with IT / developers
- Work with the marketing team to execute e commerce specific campaigns and promotions
- Use data and dashboards to identify customer behavior trends and propose improvements
- Assist with basic weekly reporting (sales, conversion, retention, top categories)

- Experience in e commerce product management or digital growth
- Ability to support UI/UX enhancements: navigation, search, product pages, checkout flow
- Experience working with IT/developers to coordinate requirements and testing

The Role
- This is a hands on role for someone in their e commerce career who wants to grow into product and digital growth.
- You will support the improvement of our Retail E commerce App and B2B E commerce App, working closely with internal teams (IT, marketing, finance, operations) to enhance UI/UX, customer experience and performance.
