As a Supervisor Project Engineering (Electrical), you'll lead the safe and efficient delivery of underground electrical infrastructure projects that support Cadia Cave Mining Projects' operational objectives. You'll oversee projects from concept through handover, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements
Lead the end-to-end delivery of underground electrical infrastructure projects from planning and design through commissioning and operational handover.
Develop project scopes, technical specifications, and design packages while supporting procurement and contractor engagement activities.
Drive safe project execution through risk assessments, change management, field inspections, and the application of critical controls.
Collaborate with operational stakeholders, project teams, contractors, and technical specialists to achieve successful project outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve engineering, project delivery, and operational processes across the business.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia.
Considerable experience delivering electrical infrastructure projects within underground mining environments.
Strong knowledge of HV/LV power systems, protection systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and control systems.
Experience managing contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, ETAP, SAP, and MS Project, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
