Your impact
You will drive the successful delivery of sustaining capital projects by ensuring strong project controls across cost, schedule, risk, and quality. Your work enables predictable execution, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across project teams.
As part of our team you will
Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource alignment
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
Support cost tracking, contractor invoicing, and financial reporting
Maintain project documentation, reporting, and change management
Facilitate project meetings and cross-functional collaboration
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Analyze performance data to improve project delivery outcomes
Prerequisites for your success in this role
Experience in project controls, construction, or capital project environments
Strong skills in scheduling, cost control, and risk management
Ability to interpret contracts and manage project changes
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards
