Demonstrate the confidence to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable and coach others in ‘Safety Leadership’

Have an underpinning focus on personal safety and understand the criticality of effective hazard identification and the implementation of effective controls

Experience in a processing or production environment as a production leader

Have the ability to communicate well with all stakeholders and develop and grow interdepartmental and vendor relationships

Experience in milling and floatation components of mineral processing will be essential for this role

Demonstrated experience providing leadership, mentoring and coaching of teams

Passionate about fostering an engaged, inclusive and high performing team environment
