Our team
The Supervisor, IT Support oversees the IT support team and day-to-day operations. This includes triaging tickets in the Halo system, scheduling on-site work, managing all department cellular devices, re-organizing always changing priorities, hardware management, and ensuring staff have the tools required for success.
If you have experience leading, supervising and overseeing IT support, managing a Helpdesk, IT systems account processes, hardware management, sets challenging and attainable goals with clear accountabilities, and empowers innovative solutions and continuous improvement, you’re ready.
