Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve delivery processes and sustain performance improvements.
• Ensure the team meets productivity and quality targets.
• Conduct daily team huddles and documented one-on-one performance sessions.
• Coach, develop, and provide timely feedback to team members.
• Create solutions by adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Conduct audits, monitor open searches, and recommend process improvements.
• Deliver relevant training to improve team performance.
• Support the Operations Manager with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• People-management ability and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Availability for rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work from the Thane, Kolshet office.
