Role Summary
The Finance Supervisor will oversee financial operations, ensuring effective cash flow management, budgeting, compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
The role requires strong leadership to manage the finance team while ensuring adherence to UAE statutory regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement finance & accounting policies, procedures, and controls in line with UAE and international standards.
- Manage cash flow, fund utilization, liquidity planning, and banking transactions.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, expense estimations, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with Head Office for fund allocation and payment planning.
- Oversee treasury functions, including bank dealings, exchange rate negotiations, and deposits.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to targets.
- Handle VAT reporting and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
- Supervise Oracle ERP operations, system controls, and audit support.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, general ledger management, and timely period-end closures.
- Lead, guide, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (CA / CPA / ACCA) is mandatory.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in finance & accounting.
- At least 5+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- GCC experience in Oil & Gas sector preferred.
- Experience with Oracle ERP is an advantage.

- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management skills.
- Expertise in UAE VAT regulations and statutory compliance.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting capabilities.
- Experience with audits, banking, and financial institutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- High attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines.
