About the Role

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements
- Conduct regular visits to the factory and inspect internal processes, procedures and operational workflows
- Prepare and review material submittals, MIRs, and supporting documents
- Prepare and submit WIRs, RFI inspections, and test reports
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities
- Verify that installations comply with approved drawings and specifications
- Raise SOR, NCRs and track corrective actions
- Maintain inspection records, quality logs, and project documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to resolve quality issues
- Ensure all completed works are inspected and approved before handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

Job Scope
- The QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all materials, installations, inspections, testing, and commissioning comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- The role includes managing MIRs, WIRs, quality documentation, inspections, NCRs, and coordinating with consultants, and subcontractors to achieve project quality requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular visits to the factory and inspect internal processes, procedures and operational workflows.
- Ensure occupational health and safety measures are properly applied and followed.
- Prepare and Review material submittals, MIRs, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and submit WIRs, RFI inspections, and test reports.
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities.
- Verify that installations comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Raise SOR, NCRs and track corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records, quality logs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure all completed works are inspected and approved before handover.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
