Supervisor, Engineering, Tailings (44382)

This role operates on a 5/2, 4/3 roster and is based at Boddington Gold Mine , one of Australia's largest open-pit gold mining operations.

Village accommodation is available for the successful candidate, with the option to live locally and commute daily under a Drive In / Drive Out (DIDO) arrangement.

Reporting to the Superintendent, Tailings and Water , you will work closely with contractors, engineers, consultants and operational stakeholders to support the construction and long-term development of Newmont's Tailings Storage Facility.

The role includes leadership responsibility for engineering and project personnel and provides exposure to large-scale earthworks, capital projects and critical tailings infrastructure.
