Supervisor, Engineering

Provide clear direction, daily supervision, technical guidance, motivation, and coaching to order-engineering team members.

Allocate work according to competency, workload, priority, and development needs while maintaining balanced utilization across the team.

Set performance expectations and review progress against delivery, quality, productivity, utilization, and behavioral objectives.

Build team capability through structured mentoring, technical reviews, knowledge sharing, cross-training, and individual development plans.

Support onboarding of new employees by ensuring timely access to required tools, systems, processes, standards, and technical resources.

Conduct regular one-to-one discussions, provide timely feedback, recognize strong performance, and address performance or conduct concerns in accordance with company practices.

Foster an inclusive, collaborative, accountable, and continuous-improvement culture consistent with Flowserve values and leadership expectations.

Internal: Engineering Manager / Leader, global business-unit engineering teams, application engineering, project management, sales, operations, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, document control, service, finance, and human resources.

External: Customers, suppliers, subcontractors, inspection agencies, and other technical partners as required for order execution.

The role operates in a global matrix environment and requires regular coordination across functions, business units, and time zones.
