Director, Plant Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• BS or BA Degree in relevant field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, including min. 4
• years leading teams
• Strong record of safety performance in a manufacturing plant
• Plant Management/Operations experience in low volume / high mix environment of
• similar size and scale
• Asset intensive, discrete manufacturing experience across various manufacturing
• functions, such as manufacturing, engineering, CIP, supply chain, quality, EHS,
• and related
• Experience in materials management, supply chain, inventory control, planning
• and/or logistics
• Experience in a manufacturing to order (must) or engineered-to-order (preferred)
• environment
• Track record meeting/exceeding KPI’s in manufacturing cost reduction and
• productivity improvement, EHS and related
• Track record implementing continuous improvement / lean initiatives for YoY
• results
• Experience developing and managing budgets, schedules, capital expenditure
• plans with an understanding of the financial implications of operational strategies
• Proven leadership and people management skills – ability to foster effective
• relationships amongst manufacturing teams
