Role Overview
The Beauty Salon Supervisor will oversee daily salon operations, client satisfaction, and team performance at the new Al Ain branch.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and support hairstylists, nail technicians, receptionists, and other team members.
- Create and manage schedules for smooth and efficient operations.
- Mentor and train the team to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor service quality and handle client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Manage stock, product ordering, and inventory control.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives to grow and retain clients.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and premium salon environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and industry innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Experience in team management, coordination, and staff training.
- Strong knowledge of beauty services, products, and current trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with salon management software and basic computer skills.
- Reliable ability to commute to or relocate to Al Ain before starting work.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at the Al Ain salon location.
