We're looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain an organized reception area and provide administrative support.
- Process payments and manage client records accurately.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements**
- Experience in the beauty industry is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Zenoti software is a plus!
