Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and support hairstylists, nail technicians, receptionists, and other team members.
- Create and manage schedules for efficient salon operations.
- Mentor and train staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor service quality and handle client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Manage stock, product ordering, and inventory control.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives to grow and retain clients.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, premium salon environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and industry innovations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Proven experience in team management, coordination, and staff training.
- Strong knowledge of beauty services, products, and current trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with salon management software and basic computer skills.
- Reliable commuting or planned relocation to Al Ain is preferred.
