Supervisor, Aircraft Maintenance Control Centre

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous supervisory experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
• Knowledge of Transport Canada Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Solid working knowledge of company maintenance documentation and procedures, including Journey Logbooks, MELs, DMI deferrals, and test flight requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TRAX system.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) in accordance with Transport Canada requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) License (M1, M2, or E category).
• ACA authorization on at least one company aircraft type.
• Familiarity with company operations and structure, particularly within the MCC, OCC, and Dispatch environments.
• Ability to communicate in Inuktut.
