Load Control Agent

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard business applications.

Ability to obtain a Restricted Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate.

Successful completion of company Load Control Training.

Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) in accordance with Transport Canada requirements.

Previous experience in airport, airline, cargo, or aviation operations.

Previous load control experience.

Familiarity with Sabre and Skyline systems.

Knowledge of WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations and procedures.

As a Load Control Agent, you will contribute directly to the safety and efficiency of flight operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative aviation environment while developing specialized operational expertise and supporting essential air transportation services.

Please note: This job entails irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift work. Shift schedules will be bid in order of seniority. As a result, we cannot provide you with a schedule around your current job, school schedule, activities, etc. You are however able to shift trade with your colleagues- but you are responsible for the shifts that you are scheduled.
