Perform work on Aircraft and Components as outlined in all applicable manuals, task cards, work sheets, special processes, and procedures. Be able to carry out repairs as per the S.R.M., while receiving instructions from the ACA or Supervisor.
Install, repair, and replace the sheet metal components of an aircraft, including various structural assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Perform complex structural repairs to keep aircraft up to specifications and fabricate replacement parts for aircraft as needed.
Perform sheet metal activities on various aircraft and projects with accuracy and precision
Ability to safely use machinery and tools involved in sheet metal work.
Ability to follow directions, read blueprints and schematics to understand product assignment.
Responsible for having their assignment approved by the applicable Supervisor or Manager for their work;
Assist activities carried out by the shop group;
Responsible to be familiar with all procedures necessary to follow for the maintenance or repairs to the aircraft and equipment;
