Main Purpose
Manage daily operations of the Al Farooj food truck, including customer service, food quality, hygiene, sales performance, and smooth team operations.
The role is positioned as a hands-on operational supervisor accountable for people, service, food quality, sales, and daily controls.
The position reports to the Area Manager or Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the food truck team and allocate daily duties.
- Ensure the outlet opens and closes according to company standards.
- Monitor food preparation, portion control, presentation, and product quality.
- Ensure FIFO, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are followed.
- Ensure customers are greeted promptly and orders are served accurately and efficiently.
- Drive upselling and suggestive selling to improve average transaction value.
- Monitor service time and ensure orders meet the required target.
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate promotions, targets, and operational updates.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Minimize wastage, variances, and operational losses.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, uniform, and employee discipline.
