Position Overview
Al Farooj is seeking hardworking, reliable, and energetic Kitchen Crew members to join its growing team.
The role supports food preparation and kitchen operations in a fast-paced food-service environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, quick-service restaurant, or food-service environment is preferred.
- Candidates should have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, basic English communication skills, and good discipline and punctuality.
- Candidates should understand personal hygiene and food safety, be physically fit, and be able to work flexible shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to follow company standard operating procedures and food-safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Prepare food according to Al Farooj recipes and standards.
- Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness and hygiene.
- Follow food-handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper portioning and product quality.
- Support the team during busy operating hours.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties and follow Chef or Supervisor instructions.
