Role Overview
Al Farooj is looking for hardworking, reliable, and energetic Kitchen Staff.
The position is also identified as Kitchen Crew and supports food preparation and kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, QSR, or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of personal hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team player with good discipline and punctuality.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
- Willingness to follow company SOPs and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Prepare food according to Al Farooj recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper portioning and product quality.
- Support the team during busy operating hours.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Follow instructions from the Chef or Supervisor.
