Superintendent, MEP

Experienced Leader: You bring at least 5 years of mechanical/electrical construction experience, with a deep understanding of mission-critical systems (mechanical HVAC, chillers, automated controls, electrical, plumbing)

Tech-Savvy: You are computer savvy and proficient with Procore and other digital project management tools.

Action-Oriented: You are a motivated self-starter who enjoys the challenge of coordinating complex MEP activities and seeing them through to completion.

Ready for Impact: You are willing to be on-site in Schenectady, NY. Applicants must have the ability to achieve a government security badge to work at our prestigious client location.

Flexible: This role will require some evening and weekend shift work.

Performance of the job responsibilities will require the ability to (1) use tools and operate equipment in the field, (2) ascend/descend both exterior and interior ladders/stairs, and (3) move safely around an area under construction. The employee must also be able to easily communicate with clients, stakeholders, and other employees and observe various pieces of equipment in the field. The employee must occasionally move and/or transport up to 75 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works at the construction work site where the employee is at risk of moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud. Personal protection equipment and required safety training will be provided by the employer.
