Assistant Project Manager, Construction

Working primarily through Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and similar performance-based delivery models, our teams take projects from initial audit through design, construction, and long-term measurement and verification. As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work alongside seasoned PMs to deliver complex MEP projects — managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships from kickoff through commissioning. You'll learn the ESPC delivery model end-to-end, sharpen your technical chops on real systems, and take on more ownership as you grow.

Drive projects to completion on budget, on schedule, and on spec

Oversee implementation of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) in the field

Manage subcontractors, review contracts, and track project financials

Lead design coordination — schedules, RFIs, review meetings, action items

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Enforce safety, code compliance, and quality standards on every site

Review M&V plans, commissioning protocols, and O&M handoffs

Support business development during project pursuit and delivery
