About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves according to planograms
- Rotate stock (FIFO) and check expiry dates regularly
- Maintain neat, organized, and fully stocked shelves and displays
- Set up promotional displays and price tags accurately
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock to the supervisor
- Ensure correct pricing and labeling of all products
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks and moving stock to the sales floor
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned sections
- Support inventory counts and stock audits as required
- Provide basic product information to customers when asked
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and stock heavy items regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous merchandising, warehouse, or retail experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

About the Role
