Role overview
Meltwater is hiring a Success Architect for its Solutions Consulting team.
The role is a post-sales discipline focused on helping sophisticated customers realize measurable value from MCP solutions after launch.
The Success Architect owns how customers use LLM platforms to turn Meltwater data into reports, briefs, and decisions.
What you'll do
- Partner with customers from implementation onward to establish technical and workflow foundations for MCP and LLM adoption.
- Help customers build skills, agents, and repeatable workflows using Meltwater data.
- Develop guidance for combining Meltwater data with other customer datasets, including structuring, prompting, and data hygiene.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Account Management, and Implementation as the primary contact for the experience outside the product.
- Track AI models, agent frameworks, and MCP tooling and translate developments into practical customer guidance.
- Turn recurring customer questions into enablement materials, playbooks, or product feedback.
- Build senior-level customer relationships and represent customer usage patterns and gaps internally.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, product specialist, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
