Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Apply civil/structural engineering principles and project management skills to carry out project tasks from start to finish while working with the rest of the multidisciplinary team to complete tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (required);
Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.
5+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, preferably in the energy, utilities, or renewable power sectors.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. state (or ability to obtain)
Experience in structural analysis and design software including AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Lpile preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of applicable design codes (ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, NESC, IBC, etc.)
Experience with the design and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
Experience preparing construction documents, design calculations, and reviewing drawings
Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams for support project scopes
Familiarity with compliance processes related to structural design in the U.S.
