- Perform all activities related to testing and validation of equipment, facility, or plant according to design objectives or specifications for operational use.
- Expand knowledge of own technical discipline to implement policies/strategies; may include support roles with specialized technical knowledge.
- Understand key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish own work; good knowledge of how own team integrates with others.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework; solve problems requiring good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
- Develop strong customer relationships and serve as interface between customers and GE Vernova for customer facing roles.

- Basic experience in the function; knowledge level equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma with equivalent experience)

- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good knowledge of how own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Solves problems in situations requiring good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults higher level team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters.
- A position at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be necessary to lead a junior team. Develops strong customer relationships for customer facing roles and serves as interface between customers and GE Vernova. Explains technical information to others.
