- Participate in remote meetings, workshops, and validation sessions

Requirements
- Senior level experience in neurodevelopmental care, child development services, paediatrics, disability services, or related fields
- Experience in healthcare service planning, pathway design, clinical governance, or multidisciplinary service models
- Relevant qualifications in medicine, nursing, allied health, psychology, healthcare management, public health, or related discipline
- Availability for immediate start and short term advisory engagement
- Experience in Ireland, UK, Australia, Canada, or US preferred

Role Overview
- Aspen Medical is seeking expressions of interest from senior healthcare professionals for an immediate start, short term advisory project relating to neurodevelopmental care, clinical pathway design and service improvement.
- This engagement would suit experienced professionals with a background in child development, neurodevelopmental services, paediatrics, disability services, care coordination, clinical pathway design, assistive technology, healthcare service planning or healthcare project management.
- The work will be advisory in nature and will support the development of practical, evidence informed outputs for a healthcare system improvement project. The role will be mostly remote, with an expected 1–2 weeks of travel to the GCC during the assignment.
Key Responsibilities

Required Experience
- Senior level experience in one or more of: neurodevelopmental care, child development services, paediatrics, disability services, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, nursing, medicine, allied health, healthcare service planning, pathway design, clinical governance, multidi
- Experience in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada or the United States is preferred
Preferred Profiles
- Senior clinicians, nurse consultants, allied health leaders, psychologists, paediatric service leads, child development or neurodevelopmental specialists, healthcare service planners, care pathway specialists, assistive technology specialists, experienced healthcare project managers
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications may include medicine, nursing, allied health, psychology, healthcare management, public health, health policy, service design or a related discipline
- Postgraduate qualifications, professional registration, project management certification or specialist training in child development, neurodevelopmental care, disability services, clinical pathway design or service planning would be advantageous
Availability
- Candidates must be available to mobilise quickly and commit to a short term advisory engagement. The assignment will be time sensitive and will require flexibility across remote working, meetings and possible GCC travel.
