You will be the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr for the Global Supply Chain Business Strategy team. Our team is responsible for leading the development and execution of business strategies that optimize supply chain performance.

What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of business strategies that optimize supply chain performance, drive sales growth, and ensure long-term sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Developing and executing business strategy for supply chain, including proposal strategy, sales, cost account management, and affordability

Creating and executing proposal strategies that result in executable contracts with strategic vision for supply chain resilience

Developing affordability strategies that meet customer requirements and ensure long-term sustainability

Forecasting and meeting sales commitments

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including program management, engineering, quality, and operations
