- Develop and manage subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with project scopes, timelines, budgets, and industry standards
- Review and administer contractual terms and conditions to ensure company compliance and minimize risks
- Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and cost parameters
- Lead negotiations with subcontractors, including pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements
- Resolve disputes related to contract terms, scope changes, and other contractual issues
- Identify, prequalify, and select suitable subcontractors for various services
- Maintain and update a database of qualified subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure subcontractor pricing aligns with project budgets and manage cost variations
- Conduct financial evaluations of subcontractors and negotiate favorable terms
- Ensure all subcontracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Assess and mitigate contractual risks, including reviewing insurance certificates, bonding, and indemnity clauses
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all subcontract documents, change orders, and correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in contract or subcontract management
- At least 3 years in the oil and gas industry
- Experience managing complex subcontracts for large scale projects, particularly in construction, offshore, or onshore operations
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry contracts, including EPC contracts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of legal, financial, and risk management concepts in contracts
- Professional certification such as CPCM or equivalent is a plus

Job Summary
