Position Summary
- Enter status of rooms cleaned and complete checklists.
- Inspect guest rooms after cleaning by Housekeeper.
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
Preferred Qualification
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Duties
- Follow all company and safety policies; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate service needs.
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
- Push and pull loaded housekeeping cart over sloping and uneven surfaces.
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods.
