Responsibilities
- Develop and implement studio operations strategies aligned with organizational objectives, creative priorities, and production goals
- Oversee day to day studio operations, including project intake, workflow management, scheduling, resource allocation, production planning, and quality assurance
- Manage creative production across graphic design, branding, photography, video production, motion graphics, digital content, and multimedia projects
- Collaborate with marketing, product, communications, creative, and executive leadership teams to prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery
- Manage studio budgets, production schedules, vendor relationships, equipment procurement, software licensing, and operational resources
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including project turnaround time, resource utilization, on time delivery, creative quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain studio processes, creative workflows, asset management systems, production standards, and quality control procedures
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, creative standards, intellectual property requirements, licensing agreements, and organizational policies
- Identify opportunities to improve studio productivity by implementing automation, AI powered creative tools, digital asset management systems, and workflow optimization initiatives
- Coordinate relationships with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, production vendors, and creative partners
- Prepare operational reports, production dashboards, resource forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop designers, producers, photographers, videographers, editors, studio coordinators, and other creative professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Media Production, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in studio management, creative operations, production management, creative services, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams, studio operations, or production workflows preferred
- Strong understanding of creative operations, project management, resource planning, production scheduling, digital asset management, branding, and multimedia production workflows
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, project management platforms, digital asset management (DAM) systems, collaboration tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, organizational, budgeting, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects while balancing quality, deadlines, budgets, and business priorities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- 5+ years of experience in studio management, creative operations, production management, creative services, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams, studio operations, or production workflows preferred
- Strong understanding of creative operations, project management, resource planning, production scheduling, digital asset management, branding, and multimedia production workflows
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, project management platforms, digital asset management (DAM) systems, collaboration tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with photography, videography, motion graphics, print production, AI assisted creative tools, and creative workflow automation is advantageous
- Strong leadership, organizational, budgeting, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects while balancing quality, deadlines, budgets, and business priorities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
