- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee the performance of multiple branches, business units, or operational locations within the assigned region
- Lead, mentor, and support branch managers, department managers, and regional leadership teams
- Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and service quality
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross functional teams to implement regional initiatives
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, revenue growth, operational improvements, and customer experience enhancements
- Manage regional budgets, resource allocation, financial performance, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks
- Analyze business performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to develop strategic recommendations
- Lead organizational change initiatives, business transformation projects, and continuous improvement programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Prepare regional performance reports, business reviews, forecasts, and strategic presentations for executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in regional management, multi site operations, business management, sales leadership, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple business locations, regional operations, or senior leadership teams preferred
- Strong understanding of business strategy, financial management, operational excellence, customer experience, and organizational leadership principles
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, reporting systems, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, commercial, financial, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities
- Ability to lead geographically distributed teams while driving consistent business performance across multiple locations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Strong understanding of business strategy, financial management, operational excellence, customer experience, and organizational leadership principles
