- Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and revenue targets
- Plan, create, execute, and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and automated customer journeys
- Develop audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing programs, and trigger based campaigns
- Collaborate with CRM, content, design, sales, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, templates, and send times
- Ensure email deliverability, sender reputation, data quality, and compliance with privacy regulations
- Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred
- Professional certifications in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, or equivalent advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or marketing automation roles
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise email marketing programs or automation platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, customer segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, and campaign optimization
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar
- Strong analytical, project management, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into measurable business improvements
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
