Position Overview
The Student Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
This role focuses on building relationships with prospective students, agents, and partners, while ensuring a high standard of service throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in international student recruitment, particularly within the Middle East, Asia, or emerging markets.
Student Recruitment & Outreach
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets
- Engage with prospective students through email, phone, virtual consultations, and in-person meetings
- Represent the institute at recruitment events, education fairs, school visits, and partner meetings
- Conduct information sessions and presentations on programs, admissions requirements, and career outcomes
Agent & Partner Coordination
- Maintain and support relationships with international recruitment agents and partners
- Monitor agent performance and ensure compliance with institutional policies
- Provide timely updates, training materials, and support to agents
Admissions Support
- Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate admissions decisions and onboarding
Market Research & Reporting
- Track recruitment data and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and enrollment trends
- Conduct market research to identify new recruitment opportunities and target regions
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure recruitment practices align with local regulations and institutional policies
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and student databases
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to student recruitment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in student recruitment and admissions
- Experience working with international students and recruitment agents is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Working Conditions
