Responsibilities
- Provide high level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and executive summaries
- Coordinate business processes to improve operational efficiency
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth day to day operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items across multiple departments
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, government authorities, and service providers
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Support budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and vendor coordination
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of executive priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in executive administration, business process management, office management, or corporate administration
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or C level management
- Strong understanding of business operations and administrative best practices
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business collaboration tools

Position Summary
- The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to senior management, providing comprehensive executive support while coordinating office administration, business processes, and cross departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items across multiple departments.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, government authorities, and service providers.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Support budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of executive priorities.
- Organize corporate meetings, events, and executive visits.
- Assist with HR administration, onboarding, document management, and corporate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in executive administration, business process management, office management, or corporate administration.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or C level management.
- Strong understanding of business operations and administrative best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Pay
- AED 10,000 AED 12,000 per month
