Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with enrollment and business objectives
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Develop and implement social media content calendars and create engaging content
- Develop digital campaigns to generate qualified student leads and optimize lead conversion funnels
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings
- Create and manage digital content including website content, blogs, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Maintain and update institutional websites and improve user experience and conversion performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, website traffic, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and enrollment performance
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies, designers, and service providers
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable advertising regulations, institutional policies, and data privacy requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing large scale Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns
- Experience in education, training, higher education, or international student recruitment is highly preferred

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the institution's enrollment and business objectives.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly digital marketing plans and budgets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max Campaigns, YouTube Advertising, and Remarketing Campaigns.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Snapchat and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI and lead generation.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage social media communities and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to promote programs, events, student success stories, and institutional achievements.
- Develop digital campaigns to generate qualified student leads.
- Optimize lead conversion funnels and landing pages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree is considered an asset.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing large scale Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Experience in education, training, higher education, or international student recruitment is highly preferred.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Email Marketing Platforms, CRM Systems, Marketing Automation Tools.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
- Pay: AED12,000.00 AED16,000.00 per month
