Hours
- Approximately 4 hours per week Lab sessions: Friday 8:00 - 10:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Lab sessions: Friday 8:00 - 10:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Duties
- Assist T6 students within the lab as they learn both interpretation of palpation findings and adjusting technique for the full spine and extremities
- Assess adjustment skills of students during lab on Microsoft Forms
- Provide feedback on palpation and adjusting performance
- Assist during competency evaluations and practical exams
- Practice all lab protocols for sanitization and protection
- Clean and organize lab after lab sessions
Requirements
- A current student in the College of Chiropractic at NWHSU in good academic standing
- Successful completion of Chiropractic Methods 1-5
- T7 or higher tri-level student
- Must be able to commit to a full 2-hour lab session: Fridays 8:00 - 10:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Able to convey clear and accurate explanations to students
- Must be available during the scheduled practical exam at the end of the trimester
