- Solid understanding of information technology fundamentals, including basic networking and security best practices

- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively within an IT team
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) are an advantage

Role Description
- The Information Technology Support Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh.
- The specialist will provide day to day technical support for end users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktop computers and related devices.
