Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh for a Funs position at Raqmeyat.
  • The role involves supporting the delivery of IT solutions and services, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, and assisting in day to day operational tasks.
  • Responsibilities may include organizing activities and events that enhance team collaboration, preparing and updating documentation, and contributing to process improvements that support business continuity and growth.
  • The individual will work closely with cross functional stakeholders, follow established procedures and standards, and provide timely reporting to relevant managers.

Qualifications

  • Ability to support IT projects and services, including coordination with technical and non technical teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving mindset for improving processes and documentation quality.
  • Comfort working in an on site environment in Riyadh, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an IT, consulting, or service oriented organization in the Middle East or Africa is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
