- Ensure that delivered solutions align with organizational objectives and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support implementation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision making
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non technical audiences
- Experience in Business Process mapping, optimization, and alignment with organizational goals
- Ability to define and manage Business Requirements, ensuring traceability from concept to delivery
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with IT solutions such as ERP systems, cloud services, or enterprise applications; experience with Microsoft or Odoo is an advantage
- Experience working with clients in the Middle East or similar markets is beneficial
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Business Analyst role based in Riyadh.
- The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for IT solutions and services.
- Day to day responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, conducting gap and impact analyses, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, facilitating workshops and meetings, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross functional teams to support implementation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
