Responsibilities
- Explain students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and direct meetings
- Convert leads into successful admissions as per monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and education fairs when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and institutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education background preferred)
- Prior experience in education related companies, training institutes, or academic counseling preferred
- Proven experience in target based roles (sales/admissions background is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
