  • We are seeking a highly motivated and target oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs and provide insights to tailor our products and services accordingly.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, such as cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within educational institutions.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
  • Present our EdTech products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Secure signed contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of educational technology and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results oriented and self motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Pay: AED2,500.00 AED4,000.00 per month
  • Work Location: In person
