Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Student Counsellor to support the academic, social, emotional, and personal development of our students.
- The successful candidate will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership to promote student wellbeing and create a positive learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology is mandatory.
- Professional counselling certification or license is preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as Psychologists/ Student counsellor, preferably within a school or educational setting.
Skills
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents and teachers
- Effective record keeping, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and student welfare practices.
