- Supervise reinforced concrete, structural steel, and foundation works
- Review and oversee post tensioning installation activities and quality control procedures
- Prepare inspection reports, non conformance reports, and progress documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 8 12 years of professional experience in structural engineering
- At least 5 years in site supervision/consultancy on major building developments
- Demonstrated experience in post tensioned concrete structures
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is advantageous

Job Overview
- WSP is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join the Site Supervision team on a major buildings project.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise structural construction works on site for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Review structural shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with contractors, designers, architects, MEP teams, and other stakeholders.
- Review and provide comments on structural calculations and design modifications.
- Supervise reinforced concrete, structural steel, and foundation works.
- Review and oversee post tensioning installation activities, stressing operations, tendon layouts, and anchorage systems.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports, non conformance reports, site observations, and progress documentation.
- Support the Resident Engineer in management and delivery of structural packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is advantageous.
- Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
- At least 5 years' experience in site supervision/consultancy roles on major building developments.
- Proven experience in high rise, commercial, mixed use, hospitality, healthcare, or large scale residential projects.
- Demonstrated experience in design, review, and supervision of post tensioned concrete structures.
- Experience reviewing contractor shop drawings and conducting structural inspections during construction.
