About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to gather relevant planning data
- Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the schedule
- Propose mitigation measures to recover slippage or avoid potential delays
- Participate in progress meetings with client and other stakeholders
- Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and other contractual time related documentation
- Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with client requirements and standards
- Support cost control and risk management functions as required
- Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to align schedule with resource and material availability
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
