- Review project standards, specifications, drawings, and technical documents
- Review design build submissions, drawings, calculations, and design reports
- Review contractor submittals including materials and construction methodologies
- Support Lead Civil Engineer and Senior Structural Engineers in preparing technical reports
- Assist in maintaining project budgets, schedules, and scope compliance
- Provide structural engineering support to multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Attend and witness inspections, testing, and acceptance activities
- Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to structural engineering
- Provide technical support to construction sites and resolve design issues
- Identify discrepancies and recommend engineering solutions
- Participate in safety meetings and review installation demonstrations
Requirements
- Experience in structural engineering design and review
- Knowledge of project standards and specifications
- Ability to review design build submissions and contractor submittals

About the Role
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Structural (Design Services) (Saudi National) to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing
- Review project standards, specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
- Review design build submissions, drawings, calculations, design reports, operating manuals, and technical documents to ensure compliance with client specifications and project standards.
- Review contractor submittals, including materials, construction methodologies, subcontractor prequalification documents, and related technical submissions.
- Support the Lead Civil Engineer and Senior Structural Engineers in preparing, reviewing, and consolidating technical reports, investigations, root cause analyses, and engineering status reports.
- Assist in maintaining project budget, schedule, and compliance with the approved scope of work.
- Provide structural engineering support to multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, MEP, and project controls disciplines.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of design and engineering activities.
- Attend and witness inspections, testing, and acceptance activities as required.
- Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to structural engineering matters.
- Provide technical support to construction sites and assist in resolving design related issues.
- Identify discrepancies, evaluate technical challenges, and recommend practical engineering solutions.
- Participate in safety meetings and review installation demonstrations of proposed materials and construction systems.
