Responsibilities
- Design transmission line towers using PLS Tower software.
- Perform structural analysis and design of pile, pad & chimney, and rock anchor foundations.
- Carry out engineering calculations using Excel, MathCAD, STAAD Pro, and other design software.
- Review and validate design drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
- Ensure designs comply with international standards such as ACI 318 and ASCE 10.
- Coordinate with project, execution, and site teams to resolve design related queries.
- Lead and mentor junior design engineers while ensuring timely project delivery.
- Optimize designs for safety, quality, and cost effectiveness.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Transmission Line (OHL) Design Engineering
- Hands on experience in Transmission Tower Design and Foundation Design
- Strong expertise in PLS Tower (Mandatory)
- Experience with STAAD Pro, MathCAD, SP Column, and MS Excel
- Familiarity with ACI 318, ASCE 10, and other international design standards
- M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Preferred)

Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in PLS Tower (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of PLS CADD will be an added advantage

- Strong understanding of Transmission Tower & Foundation Design
- Familiarity with ACI 318, ASCE 10, and other international design standards
