- Oversee and execute civil construction activities for transmission line projects (132 kV–400 kV)
- Supervise foundation works, piling, tower erection, and stringing operations
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, engineering standards, and client requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and quality teams
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight deviations or risks
- Assist in material planning, resource allocation, and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project specific technical standards
Requirements
- CP approved by the client (ADNOC/TAQA)
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of transmission line civil works
- Hands on experience in foundation works, tower erection, and stringing
- Proficiency in site supervision, civil QA/QC standards, and project coordination
- Understanding of HV/EHV transmission line specifications (132–400 kV)
- Ability to manage timelines, contractors, and field challenges effectively
- Strong communication and reporting skills

Role Summary
