Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of corporate strategy into departmental and individual OKRs and KPIs, aligned to the Balanced Scorecard methodology
- Manage the end to end lifecycle of strategic initiatives: scoping, tracking, reporting, and closure across all business units
- Facilitate quarterly strategy review sessions and Annual Strategy Planning cycles with department heads and executive leadership
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust KPI governance framework covering all departments and consolidated at the group level
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual performance scorecards and executive dashboards for C suite and Board reporting
- Drive the OKR planning, check in, and retrospective cycle across the organization on a quarterly basis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in strategy execution, corporate performance management, or business excellence roles
- Demonstrated track record of implementing or managing Balanced Scorecard and/or OKR frameworks in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language (written/spoken)

Job Summary
- The Strategy Performance Specialist is a strategic role responsible for bridging the gap between executive vision and operational execution.
- The primary focus is to design, implement, and manage corporate performance frameworks, objective setting processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all business units.
- By analyzing performance data, facilitating strategic review cycles, and aligning departmental targets with overarching organizational goals, this position ensures measurable business growth and fosters a data driven culture of continuous improvement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of corporate strategy into departmental and individual OKRs and KPIs, aligned to the Balanced Scorecard (Norton & Kaplan methodology).
- Manage the end to end lifecycle of strategic initiatives: scoping, tracking, reporting, and closure across all business units.
- Facilitate quarterly strategy review sessions and Annual Strategy Planning cycles with department heads and executive leadership.
- Maintain and evolve the corporate Strategy Map aligned to four BSC perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth.
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust KPI governance framework covering all departments and consolidated at the group level.
- Operate and continuously improve the corporate performance management system (e.g., ClearPoint Strategy, Corporater, or equivalent).
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual performance scorecards and executive dashboards for C suite and Board reporting.
- Identify performance gaps, root causes, and recommend corrective actions or improvement initiatives.
- Drive the OKR planning, check in, and retrospective cycle across the organization on a quarterly basis.
- Coach department leads on OKR best practices, ensuring quality, measurability, and strategic alignment of objectives and key results.
- Maintain OKR alignment matrices and cascade documentation from Group level to team level objectives.
- Design and deliver high impact Board level performance packs, executive briefings, and data driven presentations.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or MSc in Strategy / Business Excellence) is a strong advantage.
- Certifications in Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP), OKR Practitioner, PMP, or EFQM are highly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in strategy execution, corporate performance management, or business excellence roles.
- Demonstrated track record of implementing or managing Balanced Scorecard and/or OKR frameworks in a corporate environment.
- Prior experience working with a dedicated performance management system (e.g., ClearPoint Strategy, Corporate, SAP Strategy Management, Perdoo, or similar).
- Real estate industry experience is preferred; candidates from banking, government, or investment holding groups with real estate exposure will be considered.
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language (written/spoken).
