Job Summary

  • Coordinate day to day project activities and administrative functions across SPARX related initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with approved governance frameworks, timelines, and organizational standards.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between project managers, stakeholders, and the EA team to facilitate planning, reporting, and effective communication.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day to day project activities and administrative functions across SPARX related initiatives.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate delays, risks, or issues to management.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with approved governance frameworks, procedures, and organizational standards.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, steering committee sessions, and project review discussions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up trackers.
  • Maintain centralized project documentation and ensure version control.
  • Maintain Jira tickets and support program reporting for assigned workstreams.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and resolution of action items.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Foundation certification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with SPARX Enterprise Architect or enterprise architecture environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a project coordination / project management.

Language Skills

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic language (written/spoken).
